No Internet!!

Hello!

My Internet has been BROKEN for the last week! It has been a VeRy long, long week.

No Ravelry with my morning cup of tea, after j has gone to school.

No flickr when I get a bit bored with housework.

Most importantly no blogging and reading all of the other lovely blogs. :: sniff sniff ::

BUT..........

I have managed to do loads of CROCHET and other bits and bobs too, so it hasn't been all bad!!

I have stocked up on some more Stylecraft.

Isn't it just  lovely  to look at?

I needed to carry it home in something!

I have started a new project.

It's a new hexagon I'm going to call Granny Cluster Hexagon.

 The light isn't very good today,rainy, dull, generally yuck! it looks like my camera has sucked some of the colour out of the pics!

P.S. I want to say thank you for all of the buttony suggestions! I'll let you know what I do with them!

Questions

I need to ask you a couple of questions today.

I'm so grateful for all of the lovely comments I have received. They have made me VERY HAPPY!.

My first question is about blog etiquette. Do I answer each comment individually or just say thank you in a post? This has really bothered me as I do not want to be rude. I haven't been blogging very long and do not want to get it wrong! I would be SOOO grateful if you could point me in the right direction!!

My second question. What can I do with all of these lovely buttons?

I have TONS!

I've used a few.

Cushion back using the attic 24 tutorial.

A little broach.

It seams a shame to not use them.

All ideas are welcome!!

She was made yesterday.

It's the first time I've made something like this. It only took 1 hour to make the body, the legs took longer!.

It's Finished!!

It's Finished!!!!!!

Granny stripe no: 2 is finally finished. I became so bored with it, I seriously considered binning it.

I'm glad I persevered though, as I'm really happy with the end result.

Tons of little ends to darn in. From now on I pledge to darn in my ends as I go along!

Flowers

Hello!

There are loads of lovely colours this time of year, don't you think?

Such loveliness.

 Tinged with a little sadness, as I've got hardly any flowers left growing in the garden now.

So I've spent this morning making flowers.

Crochet

Felt.

Flower loom.

Foam stickers.(I didn't make these, I just really like them!!)

I'm thinking of sewing them to the blanket they are resting on.

Maybe not quite so close together.

It'll make a welcome change from the granny stripe blanket.

I'm really struggling to keep going with this, but I'm past the half way point now.

I'll keep trudging along!
